Dysfunctional bleeding, primary and secondary amenorrhea, premenstrual syndrome, cyclic mastopathy, regulation of menstrual duration, endometriosis
Composition
1 Prinolas tablet contains:
Norethisterone 5 mg
Norethisterone 5 mg
Dose
Dysfunctional bleeding: 1 tablet 3 times a day for 10 days. Prophylaxis: 1 tablet 1-2 times a day on the day
16th-25th.
Primary & secondary amenorrhea: 1 tablet 1-2 times a day for 10 days. In patients with endogenous estrogen production
has reached the target, menstrual cycle induction can be started with 1 tablet 2 times a day on days 16-25.
Premenstrual syndrome & cyclic mastopathy: 1 tablet 1-3 times daily.
Determining the timing of menstruation: 1 tablet 2-3 times a day for ā¤10-14 days, 3 days before expected menstruation.
Endometriosis: 1 tablet 2 times a day on day 5 of the cycle, can be increased to 2 tablets twice a day if
bleeding/spotting occurs.
